Spectators: These guys are supposed to be unbiased and ask you what is going on in the game. They have access to all the confessionals, and are probably getting up to cool stuff in their area.
Your trainer: Your trainer only has access to your confessional. Everyone who doesn't have a ton of Survivor experience has a separate person whose job it is to answer your questions about gameplay and give you (general) advice. It isn't their job to play the game though, so don't ask them questions like "who should I vote out?".
