Come to think of it....why is Meltan such a threat? Like the longer this game goes on the more I question his threat level
Also, what jury votes is he likely to get?
Since the merge what’s he actually done? -blindsided by Colabs idol (sticking to Colab it’s better xD) -Mes was evacuated, but even if she wasn’t Meltan had nothing to do with that vote and he would’ve just simply wasted Uxies idol -outs uxies idol and gets uxie voted off -was a part of the vote against Colab, but not really a main player in the driving force behind the vote

Apparently people think he likely gets the old Valor votes for...some reason. Like the thing is his appeal is not that he did stuff and was successful (his only successful moves have been premerge, which I've learned the hard way doesn't matter) but that he alligned himself with people who are on the jury and was loyal to them, which can be enough to swing votes in some circumstances. At the very least it's enough to have people vote him out just in case. Still, survivor is a game built on perception, a person is only a threat based upon how much people think they are a threat. And people are more than willing to confound presence and importance of character with actual threat to win.
Also, when it comes to individuals, I think Regi seems threatened by meltan because they've worked together so closely (so he can see a path to meltan's victory) whereas a good amount of the rest of people haven't spoken to him like at all, which allows him to be enigmatic and get more credit for things they have no idea if he's done.
Also, hard agree with Brock. If you see a snake you kill it, you don't go "hi mister boa constrictor, I think you'll make a good necklace".

Before the challenge ended, it looked like Meltan wasn't necessarily the next person set to go. I guess it changed. I think Hoopa might be making a mistake here letting Meltan go. But Deoxys seems to have her convinced he's on her side :/

Deoxys and Regi have been building up Meltan to be the master cult leader where people die for him. It wasn't really true, but it became the reality.

No one cares what Reggie says right now and Deoxys is supposed to be sheeping, i don't know if this is their plan so much as this is probably inevitability? "He's a threat and we've been trying to get him out, time to do it, bye Sayaka BIG THREAT". What do they think is happening next round, I wonder?
By "They" i mean poipole and hoopa in particular who probably have the most to lose right now by voting out the other threat

I think Poipoi is pretty safe regardless of what happens until the end.

I’m curious as to how other people see Deo, like from the two sides of the alliances there seems to be 2 different stories, 1 side wants to take him out because they can’t make moves with him in the way and the other side see him as a bit of a goat
Atm, I can see Deo being a winner at the end depending on who else is there, they had a big swing in a lot of votes and yet still being in both alliances

Eh, I'm not sure Deo is really all that appreciated to be honest. He's the one person Meltan won't vote for, his main stan is coba, who the valors can't stand, and the rest of the people don't see him as being the key role. I think he easily ends up like rocket did at RtC, making claims nobody believes in a way that doesn't make people want to vote for them. Even if they go for the "I had 5 trainers" line, I doubt that'll work on the valors and will only dig his grave further.

Also...I'm kind of sad to see Meltan go (assuming they do). Also like..does Deo not realize Meltan can corroborate a good portion of Regi's story?

Fair enough
So atm we’re looking at a final 6 with 3 different couples: Reggie/Tapu, Deo/Pio and Hoopa/Celebi
Do we think it’ll be 2 couples vs 1 in the next vote or will 1 of the couples make a move against their own couple and go for a blindside? And if so who do we think will try it?

Okay, so now Tapu's arrived and filled me in on what's going on. It's kinda sad that nobody else did. I'm the biggest threat to win the game, apparently. How do you kill someone's chances to win? Label them a threat, works every time This really is a good strategy to destroy someone's game. Even if you can't get them voted out, you can ruin their chances at making it to the end. Hot tip for future survivor players: Blackmail players by saying you'll do that to them unless they do what you want/

I find it really funny that both Reggie and Deo had a similar confessional about each other in the sense of:
“I’m voting for for Meltan but the other person doesn’t know, omg they’re gonna be so blindsided and look so stupid that they were left out this vote”
