You played an amazing game, a strong social threat. That seemed to be your undoing. Thanks for playing!

Oh you know, it's something alright. Like, I was very aware I just needed to win immunity again if I was going to make it out of everything. Also I got another idol clue but I couldn't figure out what the fuck to do with it.

Well, the outside is always more relaxing than the inside, even if this place isn't the most active in the world. How are you feeling?
Personally, there are only one or two options left that I would even consider giving my vote to.

All the idol clues post merge led to the one Uxie had, I got one the round I went home too The codeword was espur with another r on the end, it turns into an imgur link Question, where did you find that other idol? It's gotta be the capital letters right? They've been bugging me since they showed up because I can't figure them out

Honestly, this was some really good timing for me. I kind of needed a break from the game. And like, idk, I definitely expected this to be how it is. Even if Cel didn't let me go, I was very aware I was the scariest one to all of them. Regi's actually poured out a lot of thought on what he thinks the other people have done and what he did, which kind of told me he was sending me home, but I have a good sense of where he's at and why he's done everything he's done.
I guess the only one I wouldn't vote for is Lele. The other 3 I've seen enough of their games from either them explaining things to me, or because they've done stuff with me that I could be swayed to vote for them if they sell what they did well enough. They've all been pretty transparent.
Also Meltan, those chats we had on the last day were incredibly helpful in me trying to assess the game state and what I wanted to do where, so thank you. Wish I could have done more with them, but I appreciate it.

Oh yeah that was the Instinct idol. It was all the capitals. Which if you search them all out, you get something that you anagram out to be "PM the moderators Statue" which is what I did. I never told anybody about it. Celebi did give the last necessary letters, but I sold it as something Mewtwo must have gone home with since he was asking us about the letters the day before.

Fair. I think Lele has had the worst game regardless, with Deoxys as a close swcond.
I missed you, honestly, and I was hoping I could vote for you to win.

Oh, no, I got the espur link, I even solved it out to be Wallace's favorite pokemon, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out what number I was supposed to use. But I was pretty sure that idol was dead anyways so I just gave up after a while. Though Celebi knew about the clue and we tried to brainstorm at it for a bit.

Also-- I knew one of you or Celebi probably had that idol, I just didn't want to push it because it might have sparked paranoia or somethinng.

I've missed you too Coba <3 You were scary yes, but so incredibly logical and I always kept wanting to just get out of TC so we could get back to fluff talking again.
Question, if I had made it, how hard a fight would I have had to have to win?

That was actually the first idol I've ever found by myself and played correctly.

I kept on telling people I wasn't scary. I don't know what Jury would have voted me after I had to use two idols in a row to survive, especially one composed of Valor members. Although I will say that I wasn't lying, this is the best I've ever done.
Well, you making it would imply a Jury of at least four Valor members + Meltan, who didn't want to vote for you, so I didn't like your odds. You would have received my vote for sure, though.

I atill can't believe I had two idols at one point. Idoling out Victini and Volcanion back to back was fun.
Also, sorry for the Solgaleo boot, that was pretty much my doing.

Lele was playing a deliberately UTR game and a pretty good one for a newbie, imo. She's definitely in contention for my vote if she gets to the end.
The plan was to unite Valor at the merge and Pagong down all the Mystics except myself and Deo - she had another plan on top of that (which Regi let me know about) to continue that pagong onto myself and Deoxys at the end so she could go with people who'd all been going with the flow and win on likability. Honestly, pretty decent plan if things had worked out the way we thought they would, and up until Uxie went home it looked like it would - Deo and Regi were both acting like they were 100% on board with the pagong to both of us, and Uxie actually was.
Past that point, I'm not sure what her plan has been, but I understand her play - after being caught out in the 6-2 minority on the Uxie vote, trying to avoid getting a target on your back is totally reasonable imo.
I'm not saying that she necessarily deserves your vote over the others, but I think ruling her out completely is doing her game a disservice.

Well I guess being targetted and needing idols isn't scary, you just seemed that way. Admittedly I think the move on you happened earlier than it should have and that's some of why things fell to pieces for some of us like it did. You did play really well This is not the best I've ever done, but probably the best I've felt about what I've done in a long while. I loved this game, I really did. I was hoping I'd be able to sway people with how I presented the game I played. Also like, even though Meltan and I were on opposite sides a whole hell of a lot, I always felt like the way we still sort of tried to talk about things during merge and were honest without compromising too much was kind of vital to a lot of how merge went. Idk if I said dude, but I did value our conversations and that we still talked. What is having two idols like? It sounds amazing. Yeah well, it's okay. Like, you did always feel like the deciding factor in that, it was just a touch easier to put it on Meltan. Just like man, I loved Sol so much. In a way, voting him out was really good for you because I had to rely on you a lot more than I may have needed to if he was still in the game.

Oh no, you misunderstand me. Like, I know Lele has been UTR all game. And she's far too smart to just be a nothing, she's clearly been underselling herself and she's incredibly likable. I just haven't heard about what she was planning or doing from her so I'd have to hear what she says about her game in FTC to vote for her because I hadn't heard about it from anybody. I had heard everyone else's plans and thoughts to some degree. If Lele puts half as much charm into that closing speech as she has every single one of her PMs, then she's got a chance.

No, I'm entirely sure that's what she did. I just warned her that to me, she appeared to be not much nore than a follower-- and a bunch of other peiple confirmed that suspicion to me when they mentioned they had the same feelings. Trying to win on likability alone is less effective when everyone knows that's your strategy, and resorting to it even after being seen as someone who only goes with the flow instead of trying to change opinions is baffling-- especially aince she didn't quite do much to appear 'likable' to me. From my experience, UTR games work if nobody is really paying attention to them, or if you're still doing at least something beyond that. You're not going to net yourself a win if you bank on the fact that people like you instead of actually doing anythingn.

I apparently really need to work on my threat level, because I always get taken out before the Final 8 despite literally never making it to the endgame before. However, I do think that this has been the best I've ever played, so it was somewhat justified-- and hey, I can only go up from here, right?
Meltan was so mean to me. I'm sad.
It's actually pretty bad-- every single round I had an idol, I was a bit paranoid. Hell, I almost didn't play the Max Revive, and given what I know about Poipole now, I might have died pre-merge with two idols in my pocket.
That'a exactly why I did it. He was a popular centerpiece in the tribe and would be extremely hard to get out later. By doing that, I took his place as one of the kingpins, and forced a ton of people to rely on me-- Deoxys was with me because I had defended him and told him about the idol, Poipole, Celebi and I had an alliance together, Meltan's life had just been saved, Articuno was my Articunbro, and I was now one step higher on the totem pole with you. There was absolutely no chance of me going home aftwr that, and furthermore, it unitied the tribe against Meltan while not putting much blame on me.
